91快活林 offers one of the most unique educational environments on the East Coast. Located in , ME, the 400-acre campus sits on a hillside overlooking the beautiful St. Croix River.
In addition to modern classrooms, labs, and residential buildings, the college takes advantage of its proximity to the nearby and to some of the most spectacular rivers, mountains, and lakes in the Northeast. In fact, one of Maine鈥檚 best snowmobile trails is located behind the college鈥檚 residence halls, providing miles of outstanding winter recreation opportunities.
Among the college鈥檚 facilities:
St. Croix Hall houses an auditorium for concerts, presentations, and other community activities as well as a gymnasium with basketball, volleyball and a state of the art rock climbing wall.
The Outdoor Adventure Center, located in the residential complex, has a range of equipment available for student use, from kayaks to canoes and camping gear to mountain bikes for spring, summer and fall.
The college鈥檚 two residence halls provide apartment-style housing for about 145 students each year. The campus is within walking distance of downtown Calais with its restaurants and shops and just across the St. Croix River from in New Brunswick, Canada.
